carrocero Posted October 7, 2015 Share Posted October 7, 2015 Hi Im having several problems once I activate friendly urls on preferences --> seo, urls. This is the message shown: "This section enables you to change the default pattern of your links. In order to use this functionality, PrestaShop's "Friendly URL" option must be enabled, and Apache's URL rewriting module (mod_rewrite) must be activated on your web server." When i go to my website (all of this is working in localhost with mamp and apache) i just see the 404 page not found...im tryind with mod_rewrite on apache, creating an htaccess but nothing.... mimpro Posted October 14, 2015 Share Posted October 14, 2015 Problem like this, sometime helps by the php.ini settings, but it depends on your server provider. So what you can do is, send this screenshot that has 'Apache's URL rewriting module (mod_rewrite) must be activated on your web server' on it, highlight it and ask them to respond/rectify/support.
