dm_antti Posted September 30, 2015 Share Posted September 30, 2015 I have Product-1 and Product-2 Product-1 can only be shipped by Carrier-A Product-2 can only be shipped by Carrier-B If customer places both products in the cart, he/she can't see the any description about the delivery method. Only the price for delivery is visible. Why is this? It's pretty confusing for the customer when there's no info about the carrier or delivery time or anything.
