How do i enable the option to have a drop down of Allshops at backend on prestashop1.6.1.1?

Hello,

I i would like to know how to enable the option of having a drop down  of Allshops at backend on prestashop1.6.1.1 when multistore is enabled.Such that if i want to do something on a particular shop, i just choose from a drop down of all shops

 

I have attached an image of what i want.But its for other prestashop versions

Kindly help me. I would like to know how to enable multistore view such that i have the option to choose a shop to configure and not all shops.Iam running prestashop1.6.1.1
