I have NO Idea how to do what those instruction are saying, they say put code where ever you want the box to appear?? it mentions a plugging but can not see where to download it ? Basically generate the codes first, then go to the header.tpl file, add the first code right after the <body> tag. Next, I went to themes\<your theme name>\modules\blocksocial\blocksocial.tpl and put in the second code. Make sure your social block module is enabled. I just did this, it wasn't too hard at all.
