Extended Affiliate Program RefPRO Module No Link or Button In Customer Account Screen

I just purchased and installed the Extended Affiliate Program RefPRO Module, followed all configuration setup steps from the PDF manual.  Cleared the Smarty cache and forced compilation.  The number of participants in the program is correct BUT when a customer logs into their account there is NO link or button for them to access the affiliate program!  I have contacted the developer and waiting for a response.....but gut feeling is this problem lies on PS's side because we had a similar instance in the past.

 

How do I fix this?

 

I am on the PS Cloud but have ftp access.

Using PS version 1.6.0.14
