Should I use Sub-Categories or Features?

Hello!

 

I'm currently upgrading my store to latest 1.6. Whilst doing so I have been checking the Google Webmaster and it tells me I have alot of duplicate short meta descriptions, etc... I believe these to come from having similar sub-categories.

 

For example;

Make 1

          Model 1

                     Engine

                     Cooling

                     Brakes

Make 2
