"you should only update your module in back office from your version to 3.10.9 "

Which PayPal module has that version? I see two modules in the marketplace and both are on 1.x versions.

The one I'm using:

http://addons.prestashop.com/en/8277-paypalusa.html

A paid module:

http://addons.prestashop.com/en/5314-paypal-direct-payments.html

It's the URL changes that concern me.

Best regards,

James

i speak for europe module, for other modules i don't know.

my module is this:

http://addons.prestashop.com/en/1748-paypal.html

try to do this:

Make sure you are in LIVE mode and NOT SANDBOX
- Make sure that the APIs that you specified are the LIVE mode, the Sandbox mode has different APIs
- Make sure that your PayPal account is unlocked and enabled to receive payments
- The 10002 error occurs when using the Express Checkout mode. Try to disable it and see if it solves the problem

Hi locen,

I got the Apis working now.

But I have the express checkout still running, as my Paypal Mexico gives a chance only to configure the express checkout.(??) Please see the attachment below. So I can just activate the module, but not choose between express checkout, standard etc. modes. Now I started to get the error :

Short Error Message: You're not authorized to access this info.

Detailed Error Message: Express Checkout token was issued for a merchant account other than yours.

Error Code: 10409

So the checkout error is there, but I have no idea how to disable the checkout format. Someone can explain me?

And still don't know if the Paypal Mexico is compatible with the SHA requirements.

And more, is my host Prestashop as I use Prestashop Cloud? I have not contacted other servers (more than where I bought my domain). So confusing...

Really having issues here guys,

for some reason paypal has stopped working,

this seems to be due the URL directing people to the final payment page being wrong but i do not know how to fix it?

When you click on "pay with paypal" button you get sent to this url http://g/gogojuiceshop/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php

the http://g/g i think is the problem but how to fix, i have no idea.

please help.

This link is more like "/g/username/www-files" on the server filesystem instead on the webserver location (http).

The Paypal module is "the last version you can download from addons", im a bit unsure of the current link.

To ensure your host/PHP can use SHA256 just download any current PHP basic example then upload to your server.

I use 1.4.6.2 (cuz it still works) and it's working.

Your setup may differ from mine, but there are lot of other stores that are currently updated you no one should have problem with those.

VISA (sermepa) upgrade is a bit pain but does work too ( a version of the free "sermepa" module on that forum, thanks to the user who updated )
