How to moved prestashop module to other existing hook?

Hello All ,
 
Please help me because i'm newbie about prestashop ( especially .php coding ) .
 
I have install another new theme (everything run smoothly) and there was one hook which is called " FooterTop " (from those new theme)

 
While the default prestashop module "newsletter block" can only be placed in their original header and footer hook only.
 
What should I do so that those default prestashop "newsletter block" can be displayed ( positioning ) on the hook "FooterTop" ?
 
I have tried about adding function in blocknewsletter.php file but still have not succeeded .
 
Please could anyone help me with more detail.
