Editing Tooltip Content for Admin - Add Product

I've successfully changed the name of the Reference field in both the front and back end using the language translations. However, I can't find any way to change the text of the tooltip that pops up when you hover over the field title in the new product form. 

 

Currently, it says: "Your internal reference code for this product …" 

 

I need to change this so that it reflects what the field actually represents now. How do I do this? I wasn't able to find any obvious options in the language translations, and didn't see this in the Error Messages option.
