500 Internal Server Error using First Data payment module

Afternoon, I am a new user to Prestaship 1.6.  I setup a merchant account with my personal bank and they use First Data.  I configured the First Data payment module in PrestaShop with the API Access Key ID, API Access HMAC Key, Gateway ID and Password that was provide to me from the First Data support technician.

 

When I attempt to perform a transaction through my site using a credit card I receive  the following error message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

I have verified the First Data information a couple of times with their support.  My web hosting site thought it may be a permission issue but confirmed that everything is setup correctly there.

 

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated since I cannot process any credit card transactions on my site at this time.
