asshmanmalhotra Posted August 25, 2015 Share Posted August 25, 2015 Hello Friends, I have configured India under Localisation with following settings: Zip Code - Mandatory Zip Postal Code Format - NNNNNN Now, When I tried testing the Front Office by making one Order as guest / Register as New User - The zip code is not at all accepted. I tried entering 6 numbers but it did not Work. I also tried format as NNN NNN but it also does not work. I also tried accepting Zip Postal Code in the form of Alphabet as LLLLLL but that also does not allow input of 6digit/number of Zip Code. Please help me in understanding how I can rectify the issue. Go to themes>'yourthemes'>js>tools>statesManagement.js 2. Backup this file 3. Copy all the codes from here https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/1.6.1.x/themes/default-bootstrap/js/tools/statesManagement.js 4.
