Cant add a custom CMS page

 Hello Everyone, I am new to prestashop and have been facing the following issue.

In order to add a new CMS page i go to preference--> CMS ---> Add new.

 

In that I enter details like Meta title and save it. After saving it i get to see the following screen (Image attached)

 

I want to add sections to the footer like about us, Contact us etc.

Additionally i cant view it in the CMS block what ever new page i create ( image attached).
