Technical error when a user have create accont

hi dears

my site give me error when a user want to register to my site

i search in internet and test any solution but None does not work.

i debug this site and recive:

i dont how i solve this problem issues...

seems like <form> code is okay

can you please, for test purposes, put at the top of authenticaicate.tpl this code:

{$link->getPageLink('authentication', true)}

will see how the url looks like then

at the top of the authenticate.tpl file.
