Problem with price and cache

Hello, my problem is that when i change the price of a product, the new price doesnt show on the store, unless i refresh the page (control + f5) or delete the cache, it happen on the product page and on the category page, doesnt show the new price, just the old price.

 

I cant do a empty a cache everytime i change a price and i know my clients will not refresh page page everytime the enter to my store to check if there is a new price

 

please help!
