help changing the newsblock banner color

HI there, i wonder if anyone out there can point me in the right direction to change the newsblock (newsletter) banner to a different colour, i cannot for the life of me find out where to change it!

is a image, in the global.css you have this line

 

.footer-container {

1. background: url(../img/footer-bg.png) repeat-x #333;

}

 

you can replace the image or remove the image code

 

.footer-container {

1. background: #333;

}
