Using AWS SDK PHP Streamwrapper with Prestashop

Hello,

 

Using AWS SDK PHP Streamwrapper sounds great for using Prestashop with Amazon Web Services. 

The promise is to simplify the use of S3 in conjonction with EC2. That way, EC2 is only an application webserver that can be easily replaced or scaled up, all the data files being stored centrally on S3. 

 

As for I've tested using AWS SDK PHP Streamwrapper, it's more complicated than it seems.

This wrapper doesn't support all php fonctions that is being used by Prestashop core. Overriding every points seems to be a nightmare.

 

Is there someone, who succeeded using this wrapper with Prestashop 1.6.x ?
