Editing order in 1.6.1.0 Fault?

I have an order I need to edit and it now doesn't let me.

 

I go into the order from the BO and try adding an item and it just relicates the item that's already in the order. When I exit and log back into the order that item isn't there. The total on the order overview page is now also messed up and doesn't match the order total.

 

When I try pressing the edit button I get the error message:

 

Alert - The OrderDetail object cannot be load.

 

The only changes I think I've done to PS apart from the upgrade is fix the broken id_country errors as explained here:

Any ideas?
