Problem with paypal pro / integral evolution

Hello,

 

i'm having a major issue with Paypal europe v 3.10.1 in prestashop 1.6.0.9

 

the payments on the iframe (hosted paypal pro solution) stopped working,after upgrade to 3.10.1. The issue is still ongoing and we can'r receive payment on the website. Trying a payment with credit card in the iframe results in paypal not giving any feedback and redirecting the website to the error page set in paypal pro settings. We were receiving payments normally until upgrade. It seems that the problems goes with ssl handshaking or connection , and or POST of the data in there.

 

we see the following errors in SSL:

it seems informations like api credentials or other essential info in handshaking fail.

 

Does anyone have a clue ?

Update.
The problem seems fixed on its own... So it should have been related to something outside the prestashop installation / server. Probably network related. We are trying to investigate to understand what was it, if you have an answer pls let us know.
