Is HTML Training Required?

Hello,  I currently have an e-commerce store using WIX. Although WIX is easy to use, I find that it is very limited functionally. I'm very interested in what Prestashop has to offer, but I'm concerned that my lack of programming and HTML training will make creating and maintaining a store using Prestashop difficult. Should I have, or do I need to have, a good working knowledge of programming and HTML to be successful in creating and using a Prestashop store?

Nope you shouldn't need any. Anything you do need to do a quick google should find you a way to do it. My advice is, whilst still running your current store set up a prestashop store and have a go at it yourself, then see what you think. If you do learn bits and pieces of HTML / PHP yourself then it's only going to be a bonus for you running your own ecommrce store.

 

I'm completely self taught and I've made quite a few websites, starting out on my own. I've never had any training or anything!
