Chaniyth Posted August 16, 2015 Share Posted August 16, 2015 Does this stalling issue occur with the default template? What do your Prestashop logs say? There shouldn't be any stalling like that. If you're on shared hosting then that's an issue that should be addressed with your hosting company and to be honest, Prestashop absolutely is too powerful for shared hosting. It's highly recommended to get a VPS or a Dedicated server that way you have full control of your server environnment. As a general rule NO e-commerce solution, NONE, should ever be ran on shared hosting anyway due to the fact you need full control of your server environment for proper managing of the server for security, patching, etc reasons. If you're on a VPS and you set it up yourself there's a possibility you have installed just the default setting of the packages which those settings are never good enough, customised optimisation is required [this is also an issue for MANY shared hosts, they don't care and only have the default settings for packages].
