Products images not visible

Hi everyone!

I have a prestashop ecommerce.

 

After installing various module (advanced url, one page checkout and page cache),

the shop doesn't show naymore the images in the categories and the menu.

 

I tried to regenerate thumbanails (on a local backup machine, cause the shop has over 700 products) but nothing changed.

 

Cleaned smarty cache but nothing.

 

Tried to deactive all modules but nothing.

 

If i switch back to the standard template the products images appears back again. I tried to reinstall the custom template but nothing changed.

 

I locally tried to install trough manual update the last prestashop release and re-installed the theme from 0 but nothing...

 

Please help me!

 

 

p.s. the shop is in maintenance mode. who gives me the IP I'll allow to check it
