natebc Posted August 11, 2015 Share Posted August 11, 2015 Hello, I have PrestaShop 1.6.0.9, MS Excel 2013. to save the file off the CSV Import, I right and save as is. I thought you were at the upload point When you save "Right Click" do you mean that when in Prestashop > Advanced Parameters > CSV Import you are right clicking the sample file to save it and then when you try to open that file in Excel it is all one column? I will try the open excel first then chose Data > Get external data from text. But in the import Wizard What should it be Delimited or Fixed Width? Also What is the file Origin?
