Sterver Posted August 11, 2015 Share Posted August 11, 2015 (edited) Hello, for a long time I bother with configuration of emails, but I don't know how to get it working. I have got hosting where is PrestaShop™ 1.6.0.9 installed, and the email adress too. According to informations from hosting I set SMTP connection and now, when I'm trying to send test email, it shows: Chyba: prosím skontrolujte nastavenia Expected response code(s) [250] but got response [550-Cenzura: MAIL FROM must match AUTHENTICATED USER (MAIL FROM: 550 '[email protected]' != AUTH LOGIN: '[email protected]')] The problem is that the "[email protected]" is already changed in all settings which I found as well as no file contains this email. "[email protected]" is also automatically put to field for sending the testing email, so it must be somewhere in configuration where I didn't found it. So, please, do anybody know what to change to solve this? I'll be glad for any help. Sorry, I'm PrestaShop noob and I promise that I will never complete someone else'e work more.
