Amazon Marketplace Module with GCID

I have been trying for quite sometime now without success to get this add on to work. I have spent countless hours combing through everything and I am still at a loss.

 

My problem is I have a GCID and although I have activated expert mode I am still unable to make it work. Under profile configuration I have tried to select style number to use as my GCID exemption, but it is not an option. Am I missing something? I have also free mapped the is adult product section to false, but it says false is not acceptable even though that is the example given.

 

I really need to get this up and running. With me being in the US and the developer being in France it has been hard to communicate and I really don't have time to keep waiting. 

 

I have attached a screenshot of the whole profile page and circled the areas I know there are problems in red in hopes that someone will see what my error is and know how to fix it. I would really appreciate some guidance in this area.
