Saving an adjusted theme

I am using multishop. Having installed a couple of themes and worked on the design of them, I need to temporarily delete or uninstall while a product list is created and then the them added at a later date. Is there any way that an adapted theme can be saved/stored (along with its cms pages and store configurations) or will I just have to revert to the default theme and have to add all of that stuff again later?

 

The reason for having to do this is that I created all products in store 1, then added and adapted 2 themes for stores 2 and 3, hoping to copy the database of products across. Unfortunately, the product listings are getting jumbled up, wrong titles going to wrong images, etc. so need to approach it from a different angle.
