Annoying Module of popup (does not respond to exception page in my-account page)

Hi there!

I'm in a trouble.

I can't find how to set a module to not display it property "popup" on my-account page. In the module configuration, in exception pages... i have marked even ALL PAGES front and backoffice... alllllll pages and even with that configuration.. he smiles me from my-account page and all others pages not.

 

Are other place or other name to add on exception field.. i try with the provided in the list that are myaccount, my-account, my-account.php even the same url (i tested those changes individually too) nothing! believe me!

 

i am considering this module have a problem, i contacted support but i need a more quick response and i found this would be helpful to be available for others because i found nothing more than hide cms pages.
