New Carrier Creation Malfunctioning?

Hey guys,

 

I've just spent an hour doing the shipping prices on a new carrier. Then I redid it and then again and again and the same issue keeps arising when I press finish. It comes up with this error:

Text status: parsererror

 

Then when I refresh the page it's logged me out - even though I was continuously typing the information in it still seemed to
log me out automatically which I found strange. Is this a glitch? Could someone help me out with this if possible?
