[SOLVED] Automatic Currency Selection not working properly

Hello,

 

We have two currencies in our shop (CHF and EUR, default = CHF). When I open the Shop in Safari/iPhone, it displays EUR, when I come from the desktop-browser, it shows CHF. Requests come from the same IP.

 

A different user sees EUR by default, also after deleting the browser-cache and -cookies. He tested in various browsers, with the same result, and also wasn't logged in as a user.

 

I cannot find out how Prestashop determines the currency to display. It seems there is some selection based on browser?

 

Does anyone know if Prestashop automatically selects a currency for a user and how this can be prevented?

Just after submitting this question, I found the solution: There are options under Localisation->Localisation for automatically setting the country based on browser.
