Carrier on invoice

Dears,

 

I have 2 carrier options in my store:

1- Pick up in store

2- Home Delivery 

 

When customers chose Pick up in store, it will show me in the back office in the order and invoice (Home Delivery). 

We just launched our store and it is a mess!
All orders appear as "Home Delivery" even if they chose pickup in store. 

 

Help please!
