white page and cache

Hi everyone,

 

I use Prestashop 1.6.11 and my website (front and back offices) went totally white.

I searched the reason of the error and the system alert me like below:

 

Fatal error: Class 'Cache' not found in /home/agoratex/www/classes/ObjectModel.php on line 1572

 

The problem is that i hadn't done any modifications for 1 week any modifications before the appearance of this error.

 

I also cannot find the cache folder in www file. It disappeared.

 

If you have any idea to solve this problem, can you pls share it with me?
