No Cache folder, Error 500

Hi everybody,
 
I have an issue that has been solved in some other topics. The solution given is to delete the class_index.php file (cache/class_index.php). But I checked my FTP and I have no cache folder ! So I cannot use this solution.

 

What's wrong with it ?

Fatal error : Class 'Cache' not found in /www/classes/ObjectModel.php on line 1552

I have Prestashop 1.6.

Edit : I find on stackoverflow.com a list of paths that must exist in 1.5.6.2 :

tools\tcpdf\cache
tools\swift\Swift\Cache
themes\default\cache
cache
cache\smarty\cache
classes\cache
override\classes\cache

Which paths must exist in Prestashop 1.6 ?
