[Question] File size issue with external url csv import (is it normal?)

Hello , i just installed and running prestashop 1.6.0.11.

i have about 800 products, and i am using external url from my csv for my images.

 

is it normal to have about around 800MB on my hosting cpanel?

actually my product only 70-200KB per picture...

200KB*800= 160 000KB = should not be that big

 

and while uploading, the hosting seems to have a trouble with the physical memory resulting a lot of downtime

 

 

so, is this normal? thank you
