Problems with variants after updating

I have recently updated to v. 1.6.1.0

after updating i have come across the following problem.

I have some products with several variants, but when the customers try to pick another variant than the standard - it just jumps back to the standard variant.

I have the same problem. It is with the PC webbrowser. Mobile version with Android works. Please help, because it is very bad problem for the business.

Hello. I was looking for the solution on my own hand. Please try in admin view MODULES>CART BLOCK>Show cross-selling. I disabled this function and it works.

Please check if You have 100% new 1.6.1.0 version. Before I could fix the problem, I discovered, that the admin page showed me the version1.6.1.0, but the server showed the version 1.6.0.14. I pleased the service provider to fix the problem. After that I disabled the cross-selling.
