empty card and admin login not possible

Hi,

 

today we have changed the hosting provider (shared hosting) - I uploaded the ftp files, make new database

and imported the old one. configured the settings.php.

 

If I now try to put products into my card (when I not logged in as a customer) and click on the button check out the site empty card appears and my products are gone.

Is this perhaps about a missing session path?

 

On www.tec-hro.de you can see it.

 

Also a stupid thing, I can´t login with to my admin account. I renewed the password over the forgotten password function. If I type it in and click on login, the screen reloads very short new and I see the blank login mask. I tried it also with MD5 Hash new password and the database but it´s the same.

 

I am at the end...! Don´t know how to fix this two issues.

Everyone an idea?
