Frustrating 404 error

Hi all,

 

I have installed prestashop 1.6 on my server. Trying to install a new purchased theme, and I get a 404 error page not found after I hit save button. Tried via ftp and importing from my computer, same error. I also got the error when trying to clear cache from BO.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
