alhefner Posted July 21, 2015 Share Posted July 21, 2015 I'm getting this fatal error when I try to access Catalong > Products: Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file '/home4/renoyote/public_html/highdeserttobacco.com/admin-1432663298/themes/default/template/helpers/list/list_action_preview.tpl' <-- thrown in /home4/renoyote/public_html/highdeserttobacco.com/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 129 I don't know wht I need to do to fix this. I've tried clearing the cache already but beyond that, I'm a bit lost. Should I reupload that file to the server? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

All is good now.There was another admin directory apparently left over from when I did an uninstall and reinstall from my hosting CPanel... Using the correct admin directory (changed that in the URL) cleared it right up. I deleted the old admin directory to prevent the remote possibility that I would use the old one again.
