Checkout Error - Prestashop support won't answer

Guys

 

I have this error on my shop, whereby it is not possible to checkout as a guest (instant) or create an account.  The error message relates to the telephone number.  I have removed the mandatory phone from the backoffice.

 

I do not know what to do next.  I am losing around five orders per day due to cart abandonment.

I did have a brief email chat with Monica Forina at prestashop support, but now she doesn't answer my emails any more.

 

Can anyone suggest anything, I am getting desperate!!!
