Freshdesk

Hi

 

I have bought Freshdesk Module from Prestashop add-ons. Reference 333556 ,Date 07/11/2015  and I face a problem.

 

after talk to developer, they advice me to contact Prestashop.

 

the problem is: when I try to open new ticket from My Account, it give me this

what shall I do to fix this problem???

 

no one says , clean cache, I did it over and over, it is not workable to clear cache every hour.
