Top Horizontal Menu: creatingg custom URL links inside a submenu?

Hi, i was wondering how to create a link or a series of links at a submenu that may work as custom URLs?, example:

 

I´m trying to create a link inside a menu called TOPICS for custom search topics for helping the customers find content specifically on those related themes so the "TRAINS" link at the TOPICS should link to:

 

http://castlerockstamps.com/index.php?controller=search&orderby=position&orderway=desc&search_query=trains&submit_search=

 

and act as a custom search for this and other topics that should be created and not as a category filter.
