Show some cms blocks depending on page ID

Hi all,

 

What i would like to do is to show one specific cms block depending on page ID.
 

I know how to hide cms blocks from one specific page using the Transplant a module/ Exceptions  for each module. This hides/ shows all, lets say 6, cms blocks created in the configuration for the module CMS blocks.
 

This can be done of course with css and display: none; of course (like shown below).

 

Css rule  : .cms-nyheter .col-sm-3 SECTION#informations_block_left_1

 

Is there a way using exceptions instead?

 

Would be awesome if someone had some ideas
