WayneMiles Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 Hello all, I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.8 and will soon be updating to the stable release once my backup finishes downloading. I need to add an order via backoffice of prestashop, but when I search for a customer, it tells me there are no customers found. Please see the following screenshot (http://screencast.com/t/OsWxGuGwcLF). I can confirm that the customer "Wayne" is a customer, along with many others. Here is also a screenshot of my search preferences (http://screencast.com/t/qHDYsqZa9G). Yes, I did try turning them off and on and clearing my cache. Also, I have caching turned off temporarily. I also "rebuilt the entire index", although I don't think that has anything to do with it. Can anyone shed some light on the situation?
