elnur
Hi all, I have problem with translation of installed modules, when I go in BO>translation, and select translate istalled modules, get this message: Warning, your hosting provider limits the maximum number of fields to post in a form:1000 for max_input_varsPlease ask your hosting provider to increase the suhosin post and request limit to 4455 at least. or edit the translation file manually. I tried to increase this max_input_vars to different numbers, added suhosin parameters, add some fields in .htaccess (all this from topics). But nothing helps. Can someone advice solution? PS version 1.4.8.2, shared host Thanks. Edited July 18, 2015 by elnur (see edit history)
El Patron
Note, you would need to load a file with phpinfo(); so that you can see if the php changes are taking affect at run-time. Shared hosting do not always allow you to change. Did you contact your hosting company with error message? also you can use this free module to see php settings: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/278164-free-module-display-php-environment-phpinfo-back-office/

But in my php.ini it is 5000? Maybe I have to change it in elsewhere?
vekia
perhaps you don't have permission to alter php settings?
elnur
perhaps you don't have permission to alter php settings? I contacted my hoster, and he did as I asked. But in fact it turns out he did not change it? And as I found out I think I am on localhost.
elnur
Finally it works, this is ridiculous but the problem was in ";" it was ;max_input_vars = 5000 and should be max_input_vars = 5000 Thanks Vekia and El Patron for support.
