roed Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 Hi all, After moving my site to a new server I have a problem with the layered navigation module. If I enable it all my products disappear from the front end but if I disable it they come back. So it must definitely be this module. I have tried rebuilding index for the layered module but no luck. roed Posted July 15, 2015 Author Share Posted July 15, 2015 I found out why this is happening if anyone is having the same issue. I followed this guide to secure my shop http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/System+Administrator+Guide and did the changes to the MySQL user, but to get the Layered module working the MySQL user also need the CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES privilege which isnt mentioned in the guide. When i activate the Layered navigation module , the products appears but when i click on Filter , then all products goes all of a sudden. I have granted all privileges to MySQL User . Kindly help.
