Ralf Skirr Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 PrestaShop 1.4.8.2 Passwort recovery gives this error: "Error occurred when sending the e-mail." Following other forum threads I tried these 2 solutions. They did not work. 1. Re-uplpoading password_query.html password_query.txt 2. Changing the email system (mail ()php / smtp). Both mail systems work with test-email and admin notifications, but the password recovery doesn't work. Any ideas how to fix this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
