But I get an error saying that ID: XXX Category Name couldn't be saved for all categories. I've added my file here, so you can take a look. The first column is the ID, the second one is to be ignored, the third is the category name and the fourth should be the description, but since some of them have characters that aren't supported, I decided to ignore them as well.
