Block module in payment process

Hi,

I set the AccordionSlider module to only appear on DisplayTop of the Index page, which is respected in all pages of the web but not on this 2:

/module/cashondelivery/validation

and

/module/bankwire/payment

 

I have tried This solution with no success. Here is the module code if someone can help me comment for this purpose on PS 1.6:
