Use default-bootstrap or tweak or make custome theme?

Hello everyone!

 

I'm making web catalogue for natural stone and wall/floor tiles.

Use Prestashop 1.6.1.0.

 

There will be product filters for select tile dimension, indoor/outdoor use, wall/floor and price parameters.

 

Something like here:

 

 

 

 

The design of website itself is not very important for now.

 

Will it be right way to tweak default boootstrap theme and use modules or it would be better to make custom theme with all requested features?

 

Which way to choose?

 

I need advice from experinced colleagues.
