XML parsing error: undefined entity

Hallo all

 

I am facing some issues with my shop http://www.nimalift.dk. I have activated webservice, generated new htaccess file and created an key for API. I tried to check the status by going to URL www.nimalift.dk/api (I have url-rewrite activated). Now I see this "XML parsing error: undefined entity" warning, which is caused by I using the danish letter "Æ" in our shopname. Is there someway to fix this, so I will be able to see the correct xml and still keep the shopname the same.

 

I found this post online, but I could not see the solution. Anyone out there who can help?
