dragohmsbreath
Hi, when updating the tracking reference in the back office, my clients are receiving an email, howver the Order_name isnt being replaced by the actual reference. It stays "order_name". For other status updates, the order_name is replaced by the correct reference. Order {order_name} - In transit Your order with the reference {order_name} is currently in transit.

AndyCZ
Hi dragohmsbreath, have you found the solution? I figured out that this feature stop working in my presta but it's worked few months ago for 100%. This must be done due some modules I installed recently. I tried disabled these modules but still no luck. Any help appreciated.

AndyCZ
dragohmsbreath, I manage to solve this issue today for myself. I deleted folder override in root directory and copied new one from 3 month old backup. I tried rewrite the folder but it doesn't help. Only delete and copy the new one from the backup. There may be only one or two files that need to be modified but I don't have time to investigate the issue deeper. Hope this help you to solve your problem. All the best.
