mcbole62
Hello, I made an attempt at adding a background image to my BODY statement in Global.CSS. It didn't work, so I removed the line I had entered. When I went back to view my store, the horizontal menu bar wasn't there any more, instead it was now a vertically aligned menu bar. Can anyone tell me how I can get it to return to working as a Horizontal Menu Bar. I've tried all the tricks I could think off including copying over a brand new default-boostrap folder with clean files, but still no luck. To see for your self what the store looks like now, visit www.hobbyworld-usa.com Thank you.
Dh42
What happens if you turn CCC on for css in the back of your shop?

mcbole62
Yup that's what I found. I hadn't had any of them on before. Tried turning them on now, nothing changed. Still Vertical menu.
Dh42
Hmm, there seems to be an error somewhere but I cannot locate it.
mcbole62
What kind, in an CSS ? I did copy over from a clean set of files, the whole default-bootstrap. Including the modules and css folders. So I was hoping that would put back original code. But it still doesn't work.
Dh42
I honestly do not know. Can you turn the ccc on and leave it so I can look at it with it on.
mcbole62
Ok, they are all on ! Thanks for taking the time to look at this.
Dh42
Strange, the css validates. I honestly would not be able to tell without working with the site.
mcbole62
So the CSS is working properly. What else can cause the Horizontal Menu's to fail. Any settings I need to re do ?
Dh42
Actually it looks like the menu CSS is not loading. is this file on your server, default-bootstrap/css/modules/blocktopmenu/css/superfish-modified.css
Dh42
If it is, try reseting the top menu, it does not seem to be loading that file.
mcbole62
It wasn't, but it is now. Still not working.
mcbole62
Where do I reset it ?
Dh42
On the module page next to where you configure it. I would re-upload the module and the the module files to the theme, both the js and css files from it. I think it is missing files is the issue. mcbole62
On the Positions page under Modules ? I uploaded the complete MODULE file for the theme. Still nothing.
Dh42
On the main module page in the menu on the right http://screencast.com/t/wPmy7zmM The only thing I can think of is that either the css or js files are not on the server.

Dh42
Glad it fixed it, it must have gotten unhooked from the header some how.
dpatty
I had this same issue, different reason but same result. You need to uninstall Horizontal Top Menu in Modules. When you reinstall the menu should be working.
